Order Procedure

We have made ordering your painting simple. If you are unsure about anything, please feel free to contact us.

We need time to create a painting you will be delighted with. Please allow 5 weeks for your painting to arrive from when your order is placed.

The quickest and easiest way to pay is online through the order page. Payment will be made via PayPal, which is the most widely used and trusted payment provider on the Internet. Your order is 100% secure. You do not need to set up an account with PayPal to make payment, if you don't want to. Just choose not to have your details saved and you can pay quickly and easily. Once payment has been made you will be given a reference number and e-mail confirmation from us.

ORDER PROCESS

Step 1 You have 2 order options:

Go to the order page. Input simple details about your photo. This will generate a price. You can then upload your photo/s and also provide any comments you want about the painting. You can then proceed to the payment area. Once payment has been received you will get confirmation from us. This is the quickest and simplest way to order.
Alternatively e-mail your photo to us along with details of what size you want. We will then confirm the price. You can then go through the order page and pay. Or you may then contact us, if you would like to pay via one of the other methods given above.

Step 2

We will start your painting. When it's completed, we will contact you. You can then choose to see a digital photo of your painting. You can also suggest any amendments you would like to your painting. You can then see another digital photo of it, and suggest further amendments if you like. Nearly all customers are happy with the first finished shot we show them. Please also bear in mind that the paintings will look much better in real life than the images we e-mail you.

Step 3

When you are happy with your painting, we will ship it out to you. It will arrive safely and securely, unframed in a strong poster tube. Please open it carefully. You can then have the painting framed at any local framer. We will inform you when the painting has been dispatched and when it should arrive. A tracking number can be given to check its progress.
